This civil, hidden sleeve in kevlar is used to teach the dog to bite civil. These kevlar sleeves are not so much used to train but only to see if the dog would bite civilian. Once the trainer is convinced the dog bites civilian, you can return to use an ordinary attack bite suit. The use of kevlar makes sure that no lesions can occur.
