You can choose between the following delivery options:
- DHL -> all countries of the European union
- FedEx ->all countries outside of the EU
Specified shipping cost is only valid for European shipments up to 30 kg (volume weight). If your package is heavier or bigger, or if the costs have increased, extra costs can be charged. You will be informed if this is the case. If the shipping cost is higher than the actual amount, these will be refunded to you.
For shipments outside of Europe, this standard volume weight may vary. This will be indicated on your order.
For European (mainland) shipments, we strive for a delivery time of 1-2 working days.Due to the current crisis(s), there is currently a higher waiting time for the delivery of raw materials, which means that we cannot always deliver as quickly. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding
Returns
If you'd like to return an item, please make sure to add this form to the package.
Note: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
