Spring Honey from Belgian Bees – 200 g or 400 g

This spring honey is carefully harvested from our own BeeJoe hives, on the Euro Joe grounds, during springtime, when the bees mainly collect nectar from early bloomers such as fruit trees, dandelion and rapeseed. This gives the honey a light colour, a soft, mild flavour and a deliciously creamy, smooth texture.

The honey is gently extracted and simply filtered afterwards, without further heating or processing, so that its natural structure and flavour are preserved. Depending on the temperature, the honey may crystallise over time — a normal and natural process for pure honey, which actually contributes to that creamy texture.

Delicious on bread, in yoghurt, tea or as a sweetener in many recipes. Available in a handy 200 g jar or a larger 400 g size.
