Research on ingredients similar to those in Musclo Canino
In a French study (Lallemand SAS, 2023), a nucleotide-based formula enriched with organic selenium, vitamin E, vitamin C, and linseed oil was tested on young racehorses (trotters and Thoroughbreds) in training.
Results after 4–8 weeks of supplementation compared to a control group:
- 📈 Body weight: average +4% in trotters and +3.7% in TBs, compared to +2.1% and –0.6% in the control group.
- 📊 Body Mass Index (BMI): +2% in trotters and +1.4% in TBs, compared to +0.6% and –1.3% in the control group.
