Return policy
We hope of course that you are satisfied with your purchase. If a product is not suitable or does not fully meet your expectations, you can return it within the applicable return period.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You are free to choose the carrier or shipping service of your choice.
To process your return efficiently, we kindly ask you to include the completed return form in the package. This will allow us to know exactly how to handle your return.
Returns will only be accepted if the product:
- Is not used;
- Is not damaged;
- Is returned clean and in good condition;
- Is, if possible, in its original packaging;
- Is returned complete with all accessories.
After receiving and checking the return package, we will process it as quickly as possible and inform you of the next steps.
Attention: Customized products, made-to-order products, or products that can no longer be sold as new due to their use are not eligible for return.
