Liquid Summer Honey – Rich and Spiced

On Euro Joe's own domains, July and August bring a varied bloom of clover, lime blossom and wild summer flowers. Our bee colonies move from flower to flower, and the result is this liquid summer honey — darker, fuller and more spiced than our spring honey.

Where spring honey is light and subtle, this summer honey pushes a little further: warm, spiced notes with a hint of caramel, followed by a long, rich finish. Thanks to its higher fructose content, it stays nicely liquid, ideal for pouring or mixing. This is honey with character, harvested at the peak of the season.

Delicious on a hearty slice of bread, in a marinade, or simply by the spoonful — this honey isn't afraid to be noticed.
