Train the blind search just like at a real trial with this foldable blind, also known as a hide or revier tent. It is used in the IGP programme (formerly IPO), the GHP programme and Schutzhund, and it is also essential for training police dogs, intervention dogs and other service dogs. 🐕
The blind is made of solid tubes and heavy-duty canvas, so it stands firmly and can handle years of intensive use on the training field. Thanks to its foldable design, you can set it up quickly and pack it away just as fast. Easy to take along to the club or a training day.
For the blind search, 6 blinds are set up on the field, 3 on each long side. The helper hides behind the last blind, out of the dog's sight. On the command "Revier" and an arm signal, the dog runs quickly and purposefully around the indicated blind, after which the handler recalls it and sends it to the next one. As soon as the dog finds the helper, it must guard him actively and bark continuously, without bumping or biting.
