This mat stimulates the natural foraging behaviour of horses, as they have to make an effort to eat all the treats on the mat. Ideal for fighting boredom or rewarding horses in a playful way. The mat is made of soft silicone and therefore also suitable for sensitive horses' noses.
Use
Put the snuffle mat down on a flat surface (e.g. in the stable, in the trailer or in the paddock) and fill it with treats, such as roughage, pellets, muesli or pieces of fruit or vegetables. After use, the mat can easily be hung up (e.g. with a carabiner), thanks to the hole in the corner, so that it can be rinsed off and air-dried.
