🐝This summer honey is carefully harvested from our own BeeJoe hives on the Euro Joe domain, during the summer months when the bees collect nectar from a rich variety of summer bloomers such as clover, lime, and numerous garden and field flowers. This gives the honey a darker color, a fuller, more intense aroma and that characteristic creamy, smooth texture that summer honey is known for. 🌻
The honey is carefully spun and then only filtered, without further heating or processing. This way, all the natural aromas and nutrients are optimally preserved. Depending on the temperature, the honey may crystallize over time— a completely natural process for pure honey, which actually contributes to that delicious creamy texture.
Delicious on a slice of bread, through yogurt stirred, in the tea or as a natural sweetener in your favorite recipes. Available in a generous jar of 400 g.
