The Malinois

The Malinois, or Belgian Shepherd, is the ideal working dog. This breed is known for its strong work ethic, its athletic physique, its intelligence and its enormous stamina. This shepherd is exceptionally well-suited as a guard dog, search dog, sport dog and police dog, but also makes for an excellent family dog.

Joefarm

When Joe debuted his first Malinois in the Ring sport, he was instantly captivated by the breed. He achieved exceptionally good results with his dog Joe. It didn't take long before there was a demand for the descendants of the Malinois Joe. Soon the first litter was there.

Due to the good results and the strong temperament of the puppies, demand continued to increase. The Joefarm Kennel was born.

About Joefarm:

Joe

When Joe debuted his first Malinois in the Ring sport, he was instantly captivated by the breed. He achieved exceptionally good results with his dog Joe. It didn't take long before there was a demand for the descendants of the Malinois Joe. Soon the first litter was there. Due to the good results and the strong temperament of the puppies, the demand continued to increase. The kennel Joefarm was born.

Roe

Roe of Joefarm participated in competitions in Belgian ring and Mondioring at the same time, with very high results. He won many of these contests, partly dued to his always complete bite. The bite of Roe was one of his great characteristics. He was selected twice for the Belgian ring championships (where he finished 2nd) and three times for the World Cup Mondioring (finished 4th). As stud, he is world known, many of his descendants have been successful in their education bothas in dog sports and as service dogs.

Elgos

When we got the chance to buy Elgos du chemin des plaines, we didn't let the chance pass us by. We often used this dog as stud and he gave an added value to our kennel: he was already well known home and abroad, not only by its results, but also as a stud he proved himself well. He is now found in many pedigrees as ancestor and has hundreds of offspring. In many peoples thoughts he lives on, a true legend in the Malinois world ....

Nelton

We bought Nelton des deux Pottois together with Elgos because he also had been regularly used as stud, as well as an added value to our kennel. Nelton wasn't a social dog, and had served in a past life as a stud. The wildest stories go around of him and these stories are mostly true: Nelton that "cleaned up" a dancing alone, Nelton that was bowled out through the window and went back to continue his work, Nelton that bit underwater, etc ... Nelton was greatly loved by surveillance people, police, practitioners of the KNPV program, etc. ... His pups usually inherited his confident character, his full grip, and his slightly "tough" look. His most famous successor was undoubtedly Urosh of Joefarm.

Urosh

Urosh of Joefarm is a son of Nelton des deux Pottois x Sjoegar of Joefarm, an Elgos daughter. Like his father, he was a very strong dog, with a rather dominant character, without being aggressive. He was a typical "alpha" male, always looking to improve his place in his pack. Urosh was difficult to control, by his extreme urges. Hoewever he had a strong, full grip. Urosh was a born "carer". Of what he took care of, nobody touched! As you can see, he was a very good jumper. Without a problem, he jumped 1m30 high. Good hips are of course part of this: HD/A.

Boyder

This is Boyder of Joefarm, grandson of Roe. He has been trained in Belgian Ring and later in GHP.

Cjoe

Joe of Joefarm was born on November 13, 2003. He was a very fast dog with always a full grip and a massive drift. He was educated in the IPO program. Cjoe liked to take big leaps into the water over and over again!

Devil

Devil by Joefarm was born on 22 March, 2004. He is a son of Yagus of Duvetorre: a great grandson of our former world known Elgos. It's a nice dark dog with a phenomenal bite.

Zep

Zep is a powerful ring dog that we used often as stud. With his conductor Kees Verbunt, he won already several high scores and titles.

Eskoh

Eskoh of Joefarm is a huge temperamental dog. His pups have just like him an enormous good bite, a lot of temperament and instincts at the right place. By his appearance he knows how to charm many people. Eskoh is a son of Cjoe of Joefarm x Ymca of Joefarm.

Flash

Flash of Joefarm is a very strong and powerful dog, with a huge bite and he works with extreme speed. Due to its strong character and appearance, he stole many hearts. As stud, he has already proved very early that he may have a place of honor with the studs of Joefarm. Born on 23/11/06. For IPO1 he took these wonderful points: 98-93-99!

Fidirex

Fidirex of Joefarm became as the youngest dog ever, Dutch champion IPO! He is a very confident dog with great temperament, high passions and work ethic. His bites are phenomenal. With his charisma, he stands with head and shoulders above the others, and these talents make him ideal to be a stud. It's been years since a Malinois could tempt us so much! Not only is he very pure in the head, he shows not an ounce of aggression, and is very confident in all circumstances. His job is based on instinct, which makes it simple for him to do his job. He doesn't only bite the IPO sleeve, but also has no problem with a KNPV suit or a ringsuit. His health is perfect: elbows and hips, all HD free! A guaranteed good bloodline results indeed in excellent dogs. Many of his ancestors have obtained a monstrous big name in the list of ancestors, think of Cjoe (his father), Roe (grandfather), Lucas des 2 Pottois, G'Bibber, Castor vom Kronenburg, Cartouche, Arat, Educo , Missouri, Cabil, Sirol, Ecapi ... Too many known names in this bloodline to allow our "Rex" to be a coincidence.
